Forged carbon is a material from aerospace and motorsport. Short carbon fibers are compressed under heat and pressure into a shape – the result is a surface that looks organic, almost mineral, with a pattern that never repeats. Two instruments made from forged carbon never look alike. That is not a design decision. That is the material itself.

The Forged Edition No. 4 is the fouth instrument of this kind to leave our workshop. Entirely black, from the top to the scroll – no contrast, no accent, nothing to distract from the surface itself. Whoever picks it up holds something that will not exist in this form again.

Inside, it carries the full specification of our PremiumLine – the acoustic summit of our house. Anima Nova carbon sound post. Milo Stamm Royal bridge, individually fitted. Wittner fine-tuning pegs with Swarovski detail. Larsen Gold strings, Medium tension. The ANS – AbsoluteNaturalSound – pickup is integrated: dynamic microphone technology, plug and play, no battery required. The result is a violin with a soloist character: precise, carrying, with a warmth that this material does not immediately suggest.
