Information on Taxes, VAT, and Duties
We ship our products from our warehouse in Germany. Tax calculation depends on your delivery destination.
1. Customers within the European Union (EU)
For deliveries to EU countries (e.g., Germany, France, Austria, Italy, etc.), all prices shown are inclusive of the applicable local Value Added Tax (VAT). There are no hidden fees or extra duties upon delivery.
2. International Customers (Non-EU / Third Countries)
This applies to deliveries to, among others:
- United Kingdom (UK)
- Australia
- Switzerland
- USA
- Canada
- and all other countries outside the EU.
For orders shipped to these destinations, we automatically deduct the German VAT. You are purchasing tax-free (net price) from our shop. The price displayed at checkout is the final amount you pay to us.
Important Note regarding Import Duties:
Please be aware that your local customs office may charge import sales tax, customs duties, or handling fees once the package arrives in your country. These charges are not collected by us but are billed directly by your customs authority or the shipping carrier upon delivery. We have no control over these charges and cannot refund them.
