Shipping and delivery
We ship from our workshop in Werther, Germany. Our instruments go to more than 50 countries.
Delivery time
Instruments in stock ship immediately. Standard instruments from current production take about two weeks, instruments with Orchestra Finish up to four weeks.
Once dispatched, allow two to four working days within Germany and two to eight working days abroad.
The shop does not show whether your instrument is in stock. Send us a short message and we will give you the actual date.

Instruments are always above these thresholds and therefore ship free within Germany and the EU.
Double bass
Shipping depends on destination and dimensions and is calculated individually before you order. Write to us and we will give you the amount.
Customs duty and import VAT
For deliveries outside the EU we charge the net price only, without tax. Customs duty and import VAT are levied when the instrument enters your country and are payable by you.

Returns
Within the EU the statutory right of withdrawal applies to standard instruments. To countries outside the EU we deliver without a return option. The details are in our withdrawal policy and on the FAQ page.
