Concept

The EvoLine delivers the full mezzo-forte manufacturing standard at an accessible price – not by cutting corners, but by streamlining the process. The polished raw carbon surface eliminates the time-intensive painting stage while giving the instrument a distinctive, material-honest character. Every step of production takes place in our own facility. This is a mezzo-forte through and through.

Sound

The EvoLine Cello delivers a response that surprises even experienced players. Its carbon fiber body produces a voluminous, direct tone with remarkable projection – qualities typically associated with far more expensive instruments.

• Projection & Warmth: A full, resonant sound with natural depth in the lower register and clear presence across all strings.
• Effortless Response: Less bow pressure required than on a comparable wooden cello. Immediate articulation in every position – an advantage that benefits students and professionals equally.
• Strings: Factory-fitted with Larsen Aurora strings and a Tungsten-wound C-string for a rich, well-balanced tonal foundation from the first stroke.

Surface & Resilience

The EvoLine's polished raw carbon finish is more than an aesthetic choice – it is an expression of the material itself. No lacquer, no paint: pure carbon fiber, visible and tangible.

In practice, this means outstanding durability. Scratches blend into the surface rather than standing out. Temperature changes, humidity, and sweat have no effect on the instrument. The EvoLine is fully climate-stable and built for the demands of touring, outdoor performance, and everyday professional use.

Setup & Components

Every EvoLine Cello ships professionally set up and ready to perform:

• Pegs: Wittner fine-tuning pegs for precise, effortless tuning – unaffected by humidity or temperature changes.
• Fingerboard: NFC Composite – smooth, durable, and sustainable. The feel and playability of ebony, without the ecological cost.
• Strings: Larsen Aurora with Tungsten-wound C-string.
• Materials: The entire instrument is 100 % vegan – no animal-derived materials used at any stage of production.

The EvoLine Cello is available in 4/4 size. Custom colours and extended configurations (5-string, left-hand) are available in the mezzo-forte DesignLine and PremiumLine.
