An instrument in daily use is rarely seen as a whole. It is in its case, on your shoulder, on a stand. This block of glass shows it in three dimensions, from every side, with the bass bar and sound post inside.
From the same drawing
The engraving does not come from a generic violin model. It comes from the construction file your instrument is built from. The stylised head, the rounded corners, the proportions: everything is right, because it is the same drawing.
That is why we make it ourselves. Our construction drawings do not leave the house.
Crystal and light
A focused laser sets microscopic fractures inside the solid glass, point by point. The surface remains untouched, and the engraving cannot fade or wear away.
The LED base is included. It lights the block from below and holds five colors, switched at the press of a button: white, blue, green, violet and red. White shows the construction most clearly; the colors turn it into a light object for the practice room or the desk.
